[ANSTHRLD] New Tressure Herald

Greetings!

It is my pleasure to announce that Lady Castellana de Andalusia will be the
next Tressure Herald (the deputy for heraldic education). She will assume
the office as of Coronation (October 10).

I'd like to extend my thanks and congratulations to Castellana for stepping
up to take on this office.

Thanks also to Lord Richard Stewart of Saint Andrews, outgoing Tressure,
for his service to the College of Heralds.
