[ANSTHRLD] names in calendars of tudor fiants

The fiants are mostly good for docs.  There are a few issues in them, 
mainly around a couple of particular scribes.

With enough analysis, these are actually a good example of how it was 
not a homogeneous naming pool in Ireland in the 16th C: the English, 
Irish Gaels, and Anglo-Norman families had different naming patterns.

I've got the naming patterns there along with all the women's names I 
could find in all of the fiants and a bunch of the men's names.  I tried 
to grab at least one example of every man's given name but I still have 
a bunch to roll into the article (mainly umpteen examples of John, etc.).

I'm pretty sure the indexes are post-period (I'd need to check to be 
100% sure), so I would not use them for documentation.
