[ANSTHRLD] Heraldic offices

I thought I had sent a proper form in for Eclipse back in January, but it
was just an email saying I was interested.  I sent you a formal officer
application with proof of membership just now.  Just FYI.  My applications
for herald seem to get lost many times of late. :)
