Greetings unto the populace of Ansteorra,

It is my pleasure to announce that Mistress Katerine le Roux d'Anjou has
accepted the position of Eclispse Herald, Central Regional Deputy. My
thanks to her for taking this office.

My thanks to Ld Richard Stewart of Saint Andrews for his taking on the
office with short notice. He has performed well and I am grateful to him
for stepping in.
