[ANSTHRLD] New code for OP

Some of you may know that Master Reis has been working on updating the code
for the Order of Precedence. Things just changed rather quickly.

"So we got a notification from Dreamhost that forcible upgrade to PHP 7.2
(at least) is happening soon and long story short, as of last night all
queries to the old OP code are now being redirected, hopefully cleverly, to
the new OP, and pages on heraldry.ansteorra.org/OP

Please try and send me names of armigerous people who have moved here from
other kingdoms so that I can get them entered into the OP. Most of them
don't know who to contact, but the local heralds should!
