[ANSTHRLD] Wiesenfeuer Achievement

Sorry to bother everyone here but I'm trying to get a graphic artist to
make a graphic I can use for the baronial achievement.  Does anyone know
the actual text.  I really need the motto but all of it would be handy.

I had asked around locally but didn't get any responses so I contacted
someone on fiverr.  They gave me one that was I think a pretty good first
draft but a little cartoony.  I'm trying to get it fixed before I close out
the job.

I cannot look on the achievements page of the website.  It is down.  I
notified people and they are working on it.  However the local heralds
report page is down as well and I'm expecting that will take precedence.

If anyone knows details please let me know and I'll add it to the website
and the wiki page.
