When you speak of greens, are you referring to the leaf?

I have an article that talks about dandelion as a diuretic.  In that
sense that could help with 
water retention during PMS.
It also talks of gall bladder function and liver function, but doesn't
specifically talk about PMS.
I don't have a fax, otherwise I would fax a copy.

It was in Better Nutrition, a free magazine I got from American Health
Foods in Pasadena, March issue.
There are other AHF's in the phone book.
