HERB - ginger

I got lucky since some ginger I bought in the store sprouted, so we
planted it. I *think* others have put them in water until they sprouted
then planted them.

I was quite amazed when it finally bloomed. I didn't know what to
expect, but the plant that grew was not even close since I was expecting
something much "squater".
