It is still in print I think.

  There's a very nice Medieval dye plants pamplet available from an
weaving laurel in 
the Outlands--her shop is called Spinning Madly, outside Ft. Collins.

Also keep your eyes open dye books (pamplets really) by Adrosko and by
the New York Botanic Garden --long out of print but very useful.
