HERB - Herbs of the week (clary sage)

Just to let you know clary sage also has some good medicinal value. It's used
internally for vomiting, poor appetite and menstrual complaints.  It relaxes
spasms, aids digestion, stimulates the uterus, calms nerves, and is even
reputedly an aphrodisiac.
I'm new to the list, this is my herbal interest, it adds spice to raising
different herbs.  I've been studding herbal medicines for 25 years and know
enough to know I don't know enough.
