HERB - What's 'Organic'?

I love all these diet/smoking/"energy" cures that advertise they're
"perfectly safe -- in fact it's all natural!"  All natural?  So is cyanide.
 So is digitalis.  So is aconite.  So is belladonna.  So is anthrax.  What
is this "all natural" business?
