HERB - chamomile tea recipes??

I have a patch of chamomile that has decided it is NEVER going to die.  This
is quite a trick, since I live in Central New York state.  (Port Jervis,
where NY, NJ, and PA get together).  I am looking for a recipe for chamomile
tea.  I know it uses the flowers and tops fo the plants, but after taht I'm
lost.  HELP!!
