HERB - chamomile tea recipes??

Collect the flower tops in the morning.  When ready for tea, boil some
water.  In a separate container, (or in the pot once it's off the stove)
put in a handful of flowers and let steep.  You should not boil herbs, as
you will loose essential properties of the tender vegitation.   Let it
steep for about 10 minutes, and then strain.  You may want to add honey,
but chamomile has a mild flavor of it's own, and it really isn't
necessary to sweeten it.
