HERB - Mint

For those of you looking for additional things to do with mint, I saw a
recipie in my local newspaper where a lady was chopping up mint and sprinkling
it over her freshly cooked vegetables (specifically carrots and zucchini) just
before serving.  I think it sounds yummy.
