Try baby shampoo (Johnson's) or, better yet, dry scalp shampoo. If you can
find it. Also, try a once-a-month flea treatment. Even one flea on sensitive
skin can set those "hot-spots" off. (Caution: The treatment gets weaker with
washing.)
