HERB - Lavender in Cooking

I like to put a small muslin bag filled with freshly picked lavender buds
into a small quantity of grain alcohol (Everclear) and let it steep a
while.  I transfer to tincture to a spritzer bottle and use it as I would
cologne.  Very refreshing, very stress busting.
