Roaches are a different problem from moths.  For roaches, start by doing a
THOROUGH cleaning job.  Get up every speck of something they could consider
food.  Then wipe down the sink & make sure everything is dry.  Then take
out the trash.  Then sprinkle Borax powder everywhere.  Lethal to roaches,
harmless to humans.
