> What about something for cramps for my 11 year old daughter?

My turn to ask a silly question... where are they and what's causing them. If
it part of her cycle, then Ground Ivy (ale hoof, gill-go-round etc.etc.etc.),
catnip, ginger (both drinking and as a compress) and our old friend peppermint
are good candidates. Evening Primrose Oil is the popular cure of the day, and
is a good toner type herb too.

If it's something else, such as leg cramps (which strangely enough can be part
of the cycle too, or not) try spinich (or other iron ritch foods) and or
bananas.. as sometimes it's some problem with iron or potassium depletion. Of
course, I can't diagnose, as i'm not a physician BUT... I've run across theses
sorts of problems before, and this is the way we deal down here... attacking
the problem, whatever it is, with foods. Whole foods.
