Oops.. Not a silly question. My mistake! Or forgetfulness!  :) 
Some are part of her cycle ( of which we have had an awful time with.
Four weeks without stoping! Had to finally go to the Dr.
The others(most) are lower intestinal. Spastic colon. I have this too and
boy is it a pain!!!! Take medicine for it but sometimes that doesn't even
help! So thought maybe something natural would be better.

Also is there another name for fennel. I can not find this here in
Illinois. I just came back from trying to find some. I did find some
mints and Italian Basil, and a Citrosa plant! Smells like the candles but
better!
What is Mugwort used for?
