HERB - Vitex

Vitex, aka Monks' berry, aka Chasteberry, is an _excellent_ hormonal
regulator for women.  I've known women who were coming of artificial
hormone-regulation (i.e., "The Pill") who used this to get their cycles
back to "normal".
