HERB - Menstrual Cramps- raspberry/blackberry

Could be, as they're very closely related...I don't have the details here,
but they're both members of the rose family.  I've found raspberry
recommended in several sources, and -- more important -- I've tried it, so
I know it works.  I haven't seen blackberry suggested before this, so I
haven't experimented there yet.  But I love the aroma of blackberry tea, so
I suspect the "worst" thing that will happen is I'll be in a better mood.

I once got an attack of cramps while I was away from home -- and therefore
all my "standard" remedies I use to control the pain.  (It's always been an
issue of control, not eliminating, for me).  But my sensei was there and
gave me a massage....and when she was done they were GONE!  (Hell froze
over, pigs flew)  Massage works.
