Yes!!  Since I've moved from Ohio to PA, I couldn't say whether it was in
the Cleveland papers or those from Pittsburgh, but there was quite a
to-do on that lumber made into children's playgrounds.  You might find
out more details if you can search the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the
Cleveland Plain Dealer.  And it wasn't just 15 years ago, either, some of
it is still quite dangerous.
