Getting ready for a guild meeting this Thursday and I thought I'd post some
info:

Some herbs that work in teas:
	Alfalfa (Medicago sative) very high in vitamins
	Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) use fresh, anise tasting
	Basil - cinnamon, lemon, regular (Ocimum basilicum and ameicanum)
		tastes cinnamon, lemon, and clove, respectively
	Bee balm (Monarda didyma) spicey mint flavor
	Catnip(nepeta cataria) - nervine, relaxing
	Chamomile, German (Matricaria recuitita) apple like
	Camomile, Roman (Chamaemelum nobile) apple like
	Clover, red (Trifolium pratense) - green tasting, good for colds.
	Goldenrod, Sweet(Solidago odorata) - anise scent
	Hibiscus (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) fruity, tart
	Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) lemony, use fresh
	Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) very lemony
	Lemon Verbena (Aloysia triphylla)  lemony, good in blends
	Mexican Mint Marigold (Tagetes lucida) strong anise flavor
	Mint - (Minta)	various flavors from peppermint to orange to spicy
	raspberries, blackberries (Rubus spp.)	tea flavor, good mixer
	Rose (Rosa rugosa) - citrusy
	Sage, Garden (Salvia officinalis) hearty flavor use fresh
	Sage, Pineapple (Salvia elegans) - pineapple fruit mint, use fresh.

By no means all but it's just a start.....
