I lost weight by very slowly reducing my portion size and _not_ snacking
all the time. Of course I had plenty to keep me busy. I myself think this
is the best way to loose weight. Not the fab diets and all.  Drink more
water too instead of the colas. (And I'm a Pepsi nut! have to have that
like others have to have coffee!)
 Now I have gained some back but not much. And it is do to snacking and
not moving very much.
Research and reading are not good activities except for the brain!!!!!

PS. Thanks to all who helped in answering my request on period flower
designs. At least I have a start and my Laurel will not have to beat me
now!   :) If there is more I'm listening!   :)
