HERB - Looking for an herbal Mouse deterrent

asked about herbal mouse deterrents.
I don't have my sources here but I believe one of the Period herbals
recommended mixing your ink with wormwood so the mice won't eat the
words off the pages. (!)  
Hence, I recommend wormwood.
