 A person not on the list can post to the list because it is not a closed
list.  Raven is currently not on the list even though she posted.    It
depends......
The best way you can find out whether or not you are on the list is to
write to majordomo at ansteorra.org and in the body write the message who
herbalist.  Shortlth thereafter you will get a list stating who is on the
list.
