HERB - Re: that herb

Dear folks,
     a while back someone described an herb where the bunches of flowers grow
out of the center of a lower bunch of flowers etc. and asked if anyone knew what
it was.  I think from the discription that it is possibly Horsemint....saw a
picture of it the other day.  has anyone else taken a stab at that flower?
