HERB - Eye cream

Howdy folks. I need a little assitance (well alot but my Dr. says I'm
getting much better) and advice. 
It seems I woke up monday morning with a slightly swollen eye. It has slowly
gotten worse. It is now visibly swollen especially around the two bits of
lid that meet. It hurts to blink and is not tearing properly. I tried ice
and almost bite my tongue off. Any ideas?
