~6-foot wide fireplace in the main lodge building . . . . . . . . We'll have
the use of the commercial banquet kitchen . . . . . . . . . . . We can even
do a feast, if you'd like.  How about some really good recipes for a feast
in celebration of the spring herbs?

This is sounding better and better. I will go off and start looking for
recipies. Should we be looking for spring related foods? Do you need help
planning? 

I'm getting all excited.
