The references that I have say that one or two leaves eaten every
day is the best source of the plant's benefits. The one that I
just recently read in particular mentions freeze-*dried* versions
of the herb, but not, as I recall, *frozen* versions. I suppose
one way to find out would be to grow it and then harvest it and
place the fresh washed leaves scattered on a cookie sheet and
balanced flat in your freezer. Another way to do it would be to
take 2 or 3 leaves and place them in a cell of an ice cube tray,
put just enough water over them to cover, and freeze them that
way.

Is my thinking amiss? I'm just thinking about how I freeze my pesto
cubes so I can store it....
