HERB - Lavender

In my reading about Lavender, it's the humidity that'll kill it faster than 
the heat.  We also have to remember even in different locals within the same 
state there are 'miniecosystems'.  One place in my garden works while another 
place in the same type of sun/shade doesn't for many of my herbs.
