Emu and ostrich feathers are quite different. I have a vase with a bouquet
of both emu and ostrich. Emu feathers are not period; although the emu is a
prehistoric animal. His native land is Australia. Still I've been thinking
about it. Feathers (native) were used historically in every culture.
