Greetings!

I think I've heard of this variety under a different name...could an
alternate name be the "Tudor Rose"?  A white rose, with red outer petals?
 (Like the royal rose on Queen Elizabeth's...well, she put it on
everything, didn't she?)  Or is this a different one?
