HERB - class at Pennsic War 28

I'm afraid Pennsic is a dream, I don't get to go to local events very much.  
But, I'm very interested in your class.  Do you have any handouts?  I would 
be more than willing to pay for postage.
While I'm on the subject, does anyone know of SCA herb classes on the net?  
I'm very interested in herbs both SCA and mundanly, I'm actually having 
withdrawel.
