I spritz all over my face & hair daily as a first thing in the morning pick
up.  My clothes always get misted and I have never seen a stain from it.
It will leave little oil spots on my glasses, though.

Spritzers are so wonderful for skin and hair.  Moisture and light low
molecular oils are both needed.  It is very dry in CO and the moisture is
just wicked up!
