Tussie mussie is a medieval word meaning sweet poesy.  When sanitation was a
problem men and women held tinny nosegays close to their noses to mask odors
of the streets.  Or so I'm led to believe.
Tussie mussies can be made with dry fragrant herbs.  just bind what ever
fragrant attractive dried flower and or herbs in a little bouquet.  They can
be backed with some lace or what ever you like.   They can be pinned on to
clothing or hand held.  or placed around the room.
