We use dried dillweed lightly sprinkled over soup, particularly borsch
(beet soup) which my mother-in-law makes using sour cream, imported
mushrooms and garden beets. She will not give me the recipe but I simply
love it. Also use it in other soups, chicken noodle and other chicken
varieties.
