HERB - Sagging plants

 I notice though, when I get home that some herbs

To start with, don't water the leaves, only the soil.  The water droplets on
the leaves can actually simulate tiny magnifying lenses in the hot sun and
cause the plant to burn, even when they don't weigh the plant down.
