HERB - "New to me" book and grasshoppers

Have you tried Arcadia chickens? (I think that's what they're called - the
ones who lay naturally colored easter eggs)  My dad's Arcadia's free range
all over the place, from dawn till dusk, picking at bugs and stuff.  He
told me his tick bites have gone down quite a bit since he got them.  He
gave me three chicks, that are finally big enough to let out of the cage,
and it is a lot of fun to watch them scurry and pick...
