Bitter Almonds have a stronger almond flavor and scent, they are usually
encountered in almond extracts, and sometimes in the essential oil.
Prussic acid, or acids much like it are one of their components, however in
the quantities used in baking it isn't a problem.
The almond oil which one buys at the store is the Sweet kind.
