HERB - Hack hack cough cough

We just got back from getting that <G>, orange juice, and herbal cough drops. 
 I sound a lot worse than I feel...I guess it just wants to stick in my 
throat.
My lady has "Green Witch Herbal"; we both consult it....
Other than that, been dosing up on various teas, garlic and ginger.  The 
protein from the turkey actually helped a lot, I think.
