HERB - regularly scheduled redactions of sorts

Friends,

I have to tell you all how pleased I am by the wonderful
discussion we've been having about the J.B. Porta recipe
for removing beauty spots that I posted with my questions.
All of you have been so helpful and the suggestions have
been so well thought out, that it makes me want to do this
more often.

Occasionally on the SCA Cook's List there's a recipe challenge
where someone posts three recipes, one each for the beginner,
intermediate, and advanced redactor. People are welcome
to post interpretations and redactions for any recipe,
regardless of their skill level and send them back to the list.

Would anyone be interested in doing something similar for
this list? I'd be happy to sponsor it. Perhaps any other
suggestions regarding this? I'm open to ideas.
