HERB - Judging Vinegar

Master Rauthulfr, thank you very much for attempting to define
what must obviously be a very difficult judging process to put
into words. I would hazard a guess that in our Kingdom, not
many judges (if any) have had the pleasure of judging vinegar.
I'd be interested to submit mine to an A&S to see what they
said. Thank you for your insight.
