HERB - Herbs for camping trips

A lot of times I plan to harvest off the land for simple things, but last
Estrella I was taken by the idea of a kit of tinctures. I had always
struggled with how to pack the right teas and capsules and such and
frequently just ended up taking not much. I was called to the bedside of a
fairly sick fighter friend and was without resources other than OTC drugs.
It made me mad because he wanted natural things and I couldn't produce the
contents of my home shelves of herbs from my camp site.

When the light turned on about making some combination tinctures which
would keep for years and storing them in a small box. I am still playing
around with the actual recipes and what to bring (summer is the too busy to
think of doing much fun stuff season).

I am thinking tha I want formulations of mostly period herbs for:

upset tummy
headache
stress
exhaustion
trauma/spasms/bruising/etc. (Fighter Fixer Salve)
sleeplessness
grouchiness
general woman's tonic/cramps
and some sort of brain tonic/alertness formula
Most likely throw in things like lav & tea tree e.o. as well. Maybe the
homeopathic for sunburn which works really really well. And my eye pillow
for me.

I think these would cover the gamut. I don't want to have to make tons of
tinctures. The upkeep would be murder. But it would be wonderful to be
able to mix up a couple of drops in a cup of water to help the suffering.
