  I am working on a candle lantern safety site.  It is not ready yet but

as we are talking about this now.
  As to rush lights at events.  These would have to be attended constantly
like a camp fire as they need a lot of snuffing (Means maintenance of the
burning end not just putting it out).  I never thought of them as a general
use item as they don't give off much light.  I did plan to demo them some
how.
