I have sucessfully used pasturized honey to treat wounds.
As for the food safty of raw honey.  I at this moment, have a 3 pound can of
RAW honey in my refrigerator that I personally am eating.  It was dirt
cheap. So I bought it.  I have no children at home. Lynette
