HERB - stevia

Hi!

    I'm thinking about brewing with stevia as an alternative
method to high alcohol wines.  Does anybody out there know
how stevia interacts with either yeast fermentation or
alcohol extraction?  I can't find mention of it in any of
the studies I've found.
