    ????? I've used it in heated dishes before with no problems along these 
lines. In fact, the first reference I heard of this herb was in Herb 
Quarterly magazine some years back, in an article that included several 
recipes, at least one of which was a stevia-sweetened version of Banana 
Bread........... Perhaps you were thinking of Nutri-Sweet? 

        Ldy Diana, who just wishes she *liked* the distinctive taste of 
Stevia better....
