HERB - Cove-July-Flowers?

Can anyone help? A friend of mine is trying to do a redaction of what
she believes to be a period recipe. It is originally from "The Toilet of
Flora" (sorry that's all the info.) and it appears in the book "Flower
Cookery" by Mary MacNicol, pg. 209. It is a recipe for "The Divine
Cordial".
The recipe lists 38 botanicals in all, and one of the plants is called
"Cove -July -Flowers".
Does anyone have a clue what this might be?

Other problems are "sweet Scabious" and "China Oranges".
