HERB - Plant Identification

My eucalyptus isn't sticky.  The leaves are rounded, grow in pairs along the
branch, branch out near the endes of each branch. Has a light green film on
them that rubs off revealing a bright green, with blue tinge underneath. you
can tell its eucalyptus tho, and mine doesn't smell like vicks.
